We hope that you love your purchase from SMR Days, but if there is anything that isn’t quite right we offer a free returns service.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and have their original tags.
To return an order, please email us at customerservice@smrdays.com. We will send you a return shipping label and full instructions to ensure the process is quick and simple.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 21 days via the payment method of your original purchase or as credit to spend on SMRDays.com.
If you need a different size than what you received, please return the product and then re-order the correct size. If for any reason your item is faulty, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
